At the 44th AIAA Aerospace Science Meeting and Exhibit (January 2006), Robust shock-capturing methods with reduced numerical dissipation that enable accurate simulations of turbulent compressible flows at affordable turn-around time are presented for the first time (AIAA Paper 2006-1091 and subsequently published in the Journal of Computational Physics, 223, 384-397, 2007).
